Financial Operations Specialist

The Financial Operations Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining financial control procedures, systems, and standards to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Assisting in the preparation of capital expenditure requests and monitoring capital project spending.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the location's fixed asset ledger.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and one or more years of professional experience in Accounting and/or Finance with a company with multiple locations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
