Nurse Care Specialist

ResCare Community Living is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing health problems and needs of individuals served, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess health problems and needs of individuals served
Develop and implement nursing care plans
Maintain medical records
Administer nursing care
Advise individuals served and staff on health maintenance and disease prevention
Provide case management
Requirements:
Degree from an accredited school of nursing or license as a Registered Nurse, current and in good standing
Valid driver's license from state of residence
At least 18 years of age and one year of nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred
