Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin & Finance Specialist. As a key member of our Admin & Finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of commercial and organizational topics and processes for Eclipse Innovations and its affiliated companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a property manager and serve as the main point of contact for owners
  • Maintain common property and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Prepare the annual operating cost statement and create the budget plan
  • Assist with the preparation and follow-up of the annual general meeting of owners
  • Participate in process optimizations and development
Requirements:
