Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Inspect vehicles for potential problems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in automotive service, automotive mechanic, and/or engine diagnostic experience in a professional capacity.
  • ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate and drive vehicles.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending to perform tasks and inspect vehicles.
  • Occasional exertion of force to move objects and perform tasks.
  • Ability to work at a production rate pace and maintain a high level of productivity.
