About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our team at CAVA - Georgia. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
  • Oversee the entire guest experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive restaurant operations and achieve business objectives
  • Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and budget to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management or customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
