About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our team at CAVA - Georgia. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
- Oversee the entire guest experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the General Manager to drive restaurant operations and achieve business objectives
- Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and budget to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure that all restaurant staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and quality
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management or customer service role
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
