About the Role:

As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be pivotal in shaping the member experience, striving to ensure that every individual who enters our space has a remarkable day. Your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Being the welcoming face of the office, preparing the environment by brewing coffee, arranging breakfast, and replenishing shared supplies.
  • Taking initiative in managing inventory and overseeing the ordering of necessary supplies for your location.
  • Organizing exceptional events and dedicating time to create distinctive signage, understanding that the details matter.
  • Facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new members by entering their information into various systems.
  • Providing assistance with IT or connectivity issues, demonstrating that no task is too minor or too significant.
  • Participating in local marketing initiatives to showcase the true value of our flexible offerings to potential members.
  • Conducting tours for prospective members while your Community Manager is engaged with another candidate.

The hourly compensation for this role is $25.25. The actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including work experience, relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.

In addition to competitive pay, you will have access to a range of attractive benefits, including:

  • Consistent working hours for stability
  • A sign-on bonus of $500
  • A quarterly commuter stipend of $150
  • An annual travel stipend of $150 (after 90 days)
  • A year-end bonus of $1500

Base pay and bonuses are just part of the comprehensive compensation package that may be available to employees.
