About Us

Griffin Alexander, P.C. has over 25 years of experience in Community Association law, representing over 225 Community Associations; and experienced in Landlord Tenant law representing over 300 Apartment Complexes across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Our services include construction defect litigation, collection of delinquent unit owner maintenance fees, ADR, interpretation of governing documents, drafting resolutions, contracts and amendments to governing documents. We also draft leases, assist in solving landlord/tenant disputes and represent landlords at rent control hearings and in Civil Rights actions.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
