Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in enhancing the company's marketing strategies. Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Working closely with Project Managers and the marketing team to address opportunities for proposals and interviews.
  • Designing Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) layouts and producing engaging graphics that align with RFQ specifications.
  • Supporting technical writing, editing, and proofreading tasks for SOQ submissions, collaborating with Project Managers.
  • Updating and creating resumes, standard information, project descriptions, and additional content.
  • Refreshing and developing the firm's marketing materials and templates.
  • Maintaining and improving our marketing database.
  • Engaging with professional marketing organizations and contributing to business development efforts.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities to enhance company efficiency and promote a positive work environment.
  • Depending on the specific focus agreed upon at hiring, additional tasks may include:
    • Creating graphics for internal and external communications, including our website, newsletters, social media, and advertisements.
    • Managing and enhancing our online and offline presence through various platforms and media channels.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications is advantageous.
  • Experience with database systems, preferably Vantage.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Self-motivated and independent, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Strong foundational writing and grammar skills.
  • A passion for graphic design and a willingness to learn new technologies and techniques, including AI tools.
  • A proactive self-starter who excels under pressure.

Required Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, with one to three years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Alternatively, significant experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction sectors is highly regarded.
