Job Summary

PNC is seeking a Customer Service Coach to join our Retail Branch organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring tellers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, improve customer financial well-being, and increase share of wallet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor tellers to deliver a unique customer experience
  • Process a variety of customer interactions, including educating customers on alternatives for financial interactions
  • Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs
  • Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes
Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
