Position Overview:
As the Vice President of Regional Operations, you will oversee and guide the operational strategies within your designated area to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in strategic planning sessions to define the objectives for the division and your region.
  • Formulate, propose, and execute policies and procedures to maximize revenue from current accounts.
  • Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities while enhancing existing relationships within the region.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for your area, ensuring adherence to financial reports and compliance with both Regional and Corporate objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address and resolve escalated client, customer satisfaction, or employee-related issues.
  • Complete all required daily, weekly, or monthly reports as per corporate guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in multi-unit management.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative business models within the food service sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and profit-driven environment.
