The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer relationships and be able to communicate effectively with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and follow up on customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Manage and maintain customer account information and contact details.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 0-2 years of customer care experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer skills and data entry.
