Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Team Member. As a Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers shop our store, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to all customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Recovery: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and customer areas.
- Merchandise Duties: Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and accessible to customers.
- Checkout Experience: Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards and ensuring that customers receive accurate and efficient service.
- Omni Channel Processes: Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes, ensuring seamless integration between online and in-store experiences.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, including cross-training in custom framing selling and production.
- Experience: Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks. Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
