Role Overview:

In this position, you will leverage your exceptional problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and interpersonal talents, along with a patient and customer-centric approach, to thrive in a collaborative environment.

The Technical Support team is responsible for assisting our Credit Union's Windows and Linux systems, including servers, backups, computers, printers, and various peripherals.

Your prior experience in managing a high-performing team of technical analysts will be instrumental in delivering top-tier support to both our internal and external stakeholders.


Position Details:

This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid-remote role. For suitable candidates, fully remote work is an option. The starting salary range for this position is competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our third-party IT service provider to ensure the seamless operation of the organization's computer systems and network, guaranteeing 24/7 functionality. When issues arise, you will implement swift and effective solutions.

Lead and mentor the Hardware Support Analysts, providing exceptional service and support to all users of our systems and related products.


Qualifications:
  • Preferred completion of training in computer science, IT, information security, engineering, or a related technical field
  • A minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in IT
  • 4+ years of professional experience in system deployment and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of hardware peripherals, device management, and networking
  • Solid knowledge of servers and Windows Operating Systems
