Job Summary

Bethanna is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CUA Case Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a CUA Case Manager, you will play a critical role in providing case management services to families and youth in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine family, child, and youth needs, and develop comprehensive service plans to address these needs.
  • Provide case management services according to the DHS Community Umbrella Agency Practice Guidelines, Bethanna Policy, Procedures, and practice standards, as well as applicable regulations, contract standards, and laws.
  • Assess child, youth, home, and family safety during service contacts, and report any suspicions of abuse or neglect to appropriate authorities.
  • Provide home, school, and community visits to assess need and assist in accessing resources, and facilitate referrals to additional resources as needed.
  • Develop and maintain client files, and complete all required documentation within expected time frames.
  • Participate in required training, and participate in supervision to ensure ongoing professional development and growth.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, with a BSW preferred.
  • At least two years of case management experience involving youth, with a strong understanding of child and family service systems.
  • A valid driver's license, and a safe driving record, with proof of insurance coverage.
  • Experience with computers, and knowledge of social work values and/or child welfare services.
