Case Aide Support Staff

Job Summary
This role provides practical support to the Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) program, working under the supervision of Case Managers. As a Case Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with non-technical tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the program.
- Transportation Support
- Scheduling and Calendar Management
- Referral, Licensing, and Placement Duties
- Document Uploads
- Incident Reporting
- Child Safety and Well-being
Responsibilities
Assist Case Managers with tasks such as:
- Providing transportation support for children and families
- Scheduling and managing calendars
- Referring, licensing, and placing children in foster care
- Uploading documents into the Philadelphia Department of Human Services Electronic Case Management System
- Reporting incidents that jeopardize child safety
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with two years of experience working with children and families
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (preferably)
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with diverse populations in low-income areas
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
