The Clinical Training Specialist for Physician Services is responsible for overseeing the educational programs within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training initiatives for new staff members.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure compliance with customer service standards.
- Educate staff on policies, procedures, and the utilization of VHCPG EMR.
- Collaborate with Operations Directors to strategize and manage all clinical training efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Must hold a current Virginia nursing license. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, while a Master's degree is highly desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Familiarity with physician office operations, workflows, and electronic medical records is essential. Strong customer service, adaptability, public speaking, and communication skills are required. Experience in educational training and development is advantageous. Current BLS certification is necessary.
