Admissions Director

CalWest Educators Placement is seeking a highly skilled Admissions Director to join our team in Orange County, CA.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Admissions Department and driving enrollment growth through strategic planning, community outreach, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions Management: Oversee the Admissions Department, including staff management, budgeting, and process improvement.
- Community Outreach: Develop and implement community outreach plans to build awareness and generate enrollment growth.
- Relationship-Building: Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and schools to promote the school and its programs.
- Marketing and Advertising: Collaborate with the Marketing Department to analyze consumer demands and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies.
- Financial Aid: Coordinate the Financial Aid Program, including mailings, education, and award recommendations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain statistical records and prepare weekly activity reports to campus administration.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- Experience: At least five years of successful experience in school/college admissions, private school public relations, or marketing/sales.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
