Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in line with established standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, vendors, service providers, and colleagues.
  • Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Assist patients in selecting appropriate products based on their individual needs.
  • Clearly communicate the effects of various cannabis products to patients.
  • Implement strict controls to safeguard company assets as directed by management.
  • Set up and dismantle display cases daily, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Support merchandise processing and replenishment, while participating in inventory counts.
  • Manage phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dispensary, including dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, and sanitization.
  • Foster a positive work environment characterized by trust and respect.
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to maintain confidentiality.
  • Perform additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; or six months of relevant experience or training; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in retail, cash handling, and Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in the medical cannabis field is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Subject to background checks in accordance with state cannabis regulations.
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computing skills.
  • A genuine desire to succeed and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
  • High level of integrity.
