Iwebgrocer is seeking a reliable Sales Administrative Coordinator to support various operational tasks that arise on a daily basis. This position requires in-office attendance, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior sales personnel and/or management in managing existing client accounts as needed.
  • Input and process orders within the company’s software system.
  • Maintain a follow-up system with sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal sales performance.
  • Serve as a communication link between sales representatives/managers and other departments when required.
  • Prepare and/or modify documentation in PDF and Excel formats to meet client specifications.
  • Effectively create Excel spreadsheets in various formats as requested.
