Iwebgrocer is seeking a reliable Sales Administrative Coordinator to support various operational tasks that arise on a daily basis. This position requires in-office attendance, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior sales personnel and/or management in managing existing client accounts as needed.
- Input and process orders within the company’s software system.
- Maintain a follow-up system with sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal sales performance.
- Serve as a communication link between sales representatives/managers and other departments when required.
- Prepare and/or modify documentation in PDF and Excel formats to meet client specifications.
- Effectively create Excel spreadsheets in various formats as requested.
- Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results and providing assistance in other areas as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience is essential. Experience in Wholesale, Export, or FMCG is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Dependable and ethical work ethic.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks.
