Aircraft Disassembly and Assembly Technician

At Exclusive Jets LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Disassembly and Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient disassembly and assembly of aircraft components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble and assemble aircraft components, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Order and manage aircraft parts, ensuring timely delivery and inventory control
  • Read and understand work orders, and collaborate with department leads to ensure accurate completion
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment and proper procedures for materials handling
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Work closely with team members in an assembly line environment, contributing to a positive and productive team dynamic
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude and prior experience in aviation maintenance
  • 5-10 years of experience in VIP interior refurbishment and prior aviation experience
  • Knowledge of ordering parts and ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and maintenance manuals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, and perform basic math calculations
