Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring environmental compliance for our clients across various industries, including transportation, renewables, power, and water. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to prepare reports and permit applications in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Providing oversight, review, and interpretation of data related to new or ongoing investigations, mitigation, or monitoring projects.
  • Communicating scientific and technical information to project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's or advanced degree in environmental science, planning, policy, biology, wildlife management, natural resources management, or a related field.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in environmental compliance, with a focus on completion of environmental compliance for TxDOT and other industries in the Southwest US.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including NEPA, ESA, CWA, CAA, NHPA, CERCLA, and RCRA.
