Salary Estimate
$115,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Job
This Air Quality Engineer role offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic Environmental Compliance practice group. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and Braun Intertec staff to deliver complex air quality projects on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform technical work and support project deliverables on complex air quality projects.
  • Serve as technical lead for complex air permitting and compliance projects.
  • Mentor and train junior staff.
  • Perform technical reviews for peers and junior staff.
  • Work with regulatory agencies as a client advocate.
  • Prepare air emissions calculations for permit applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BS degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related program of study.
  • 7-15 years of direct environmental regulatory compliance experience with a focus on air permitting.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
