Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Leader, you will oversee the team members within the store and drive the overall performance of the retail location.


Your collaboration with the Assistant Retail Operations Leader will be crucial in holding the team accountable for achieving sales targets while ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.

You will be expected to maintain extensive product knowledge, providing both customers and team members with detailed insights into product features and advantages.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing protocols, processing returns/store credits, scheduling, performance metrics, and task delegation among your team.
