Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and handling client inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff and clients to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:
  • High school diploma and a minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • One year of veterinary reception experience preferred
  • Competent computer skills, including data entry and MS-Office suite
  • Ability to type 45+ wpm and use a 10-key calculator
