Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and handling client inquiries
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and clients to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma and a minimum of one year of customer service experience
- One year of veterinary reception experience preferred
- Competent computer skills, including data entry and MS-Office suite
- Ability to type 45+ wpm and use a 10-key calculator
