Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Trumpet Behavioral Health. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality ABA services to individuals with Autism. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates. You will also be responsible for analyzing client performance data to inform treatment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates
- Analyze client performance data to inform treatment decisions
- Supervise and train therapists to ensure high-quality ABA services
- Collaborate with BCBA's to develop and implement behavioral programs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with ABA service providers
- Experience in training and direct therapy guidance
