Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Self-starter, highly motivated, strong customer service skills, ability to work a flexible schedule, and travel may be required.
What We Offer

As a Banking Center Relationship Banker at Webster Bank, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a competitive salary range of $19.50 to $23.00 USD per hour. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
