About the Role

USALLIANCE Financial is seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences and implementing our sales and service standards to offer products and services that improve our members' financial position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to designated branch locations as scheduled or as needed to cover staff shortages.
  • Promptly and accurately perform member transactions and requests, including balance inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Demonstrate a proficient knowledge of Credit Union products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Cross-sell Credit Union products and services during every eligible member interaction.
  • Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of Credit Union members and employee account and business information.
  • Participate in branch outreach events and be an ambassador of USALLIANCE.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months' sales experience in a retail or financial environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and systems.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and active listening skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
