Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales and/or small business banking, with excellent communication and customer service skills. They will be able to effectively manage client relationships, build productive partnerships, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new and deepen existing client relationships by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions
  • Recommend financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs
  • Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank
  • Analyze client financial needs and apply knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend alternative or additional financial services

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients
  • Effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution
  • Proven sales track record
  • Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships
