About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven office administrative support experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. You will work closely with Senior Management, the Director of Marketing Support and Research, and other Administrative Personnel to coordinate all day-to-day activities for the office.

Your key responsibilities will include vendor maintenance, supply ordering, office equipment maintenance, assistance with incoming phone calls, word processing, excel spreadsheets, and projects with the Marketing Group. You will also assist Senior Management with listing agreement generation, tracking, and reporting, as well as participate in all projects as requested by Senior Management.
