Job Description:

PYRAMID BROKERAGE COMPANY is a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Corning/Binghamton. We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities will include:

  • Vendor maintenance and primary contact with vendors.
  • Supply ordering and inventory management.
  • Office equipment management and maintenance.
  • Assistance in answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Word processing, excel spreadsheet creation, and data analysis.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports.

The selected candidate will be expected to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, is essential.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
