Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Assistant to join our team. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff with various patient care activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal hygiene and vital sign checks
- Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Serving and collecting food trays, providing between-meal nourishment
- Preparing and storing medical supplies
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of patient care principles and practices. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or supervisor and rely on established guidelines to perform your duties. A background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen, are required as part of our onboarding process.
