- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts, analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accounting and financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, audit, tax, or financial leadership roles.
- Skills: Strong GAAP knowledge, financial analysis and planning skills, leadership and management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation a plus.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
