Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled Culinary Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service.
Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Assist with scheduling staff members, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods and maintaining a balanced workload.
- Kitchen Efficiency: Supervise the flow of activity in the kitchen, optimizing workflow and minimizing delays.
- Staff Development: Train new staff members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality products are prepared and presented to our guests, adhering to company standards and specifications.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years' experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation procedures.
