- Collaborating with Teamshares and fellow stakeholders throughout the transition to employee ownership, mentoring and partnering with them to understand how adopting an ownership mentality enhances business outcomes and workplace culture.
- Being a proactive leader who enjoys collaborating with employee owners to optimize company operations and explore revenue growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in growth and strategic planning, with a proactive approach to developing external business partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to fostering constructive collaboration among all employees.
- Proven leadership experience through previous roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a humble approach.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building.

- Business acumen and analytical skills to manage company finances and formulate business strategies.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a readiness to explore innovative ideas and learn from experiences.
- An open and adaptable mindset, capable of both creative and critical thinking, with a flexible, generous approach and a natural inclination towards action.
- The ideal candidate will have practical experience in the automotive sector. Alternatively, a background in impactful operational leadership (such as military, logistics, field services, etc.) would also be highly beneficial.
As President of a Teamshares network company, you will receive:
