Job Summary

As a key member of our culinary team, the Specialty Chef will be responsible for leading the quality, consistency, and production of our specialty restaurant kitchen. This role requires a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage all food-related functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus, purchasing, and food preparation strategies to ensure exceptional guest experiences and meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and functions.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient use of resources, minimize waste, and maintain profitability.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
What We Offer
