Job Summary

Mondelēz Global LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Asset Reliability to lead our maintenance and reliability efforts in the United States. This role will oversee and support asset reliability for our manufacturing sites, ensuring the highest level of equipment performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and engineering, with experience in leading asset reliability manufacturing performance in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for developing and coordinating strategies to improve current maintenance practices and processes, as well as initiating and managing corporate maintenance programs.

This role requires excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. The successful candidate will be able to analyze operational data and equipment performance history to deliver improvements in critical maintenance-related metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate strategies to improve current maintenance practices and processes
  • Initiate and manage corporate maintenance programs
  • Lead the maintenance and reliability processes to ensure the highest level of equipment performance and reliability
  • Analyze operational data and equipment performance history to deliver improvements in critical maintenance-related metrics
  • Partner with HR to develop criteria, testing protocol, and partnerships to accelerate the identification and hiring of highly skilled maintenance associates

Requirements

  • 15+ years' experience within maintenance and engineering managerial role
  • Proven TPM expertise and PM (Progressive Maintenance) full implementation
  • Experience leading a plant maintenance organization within FMGC industry
  • Demonstrated success leading within a continuous improvement environment
  • Strong working knowledge of CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) like SAP PM - SAP MM
  • Experience with FMEA (failure mode effect & analysis), RCM (reliability centered maintenance) and MRO management
