Job Title: RCM SME, Reliability and Asset Management

We are seeking a highly skilled RCM SME, Reliability and Asset Management professional to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. This role will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in Reliability and Asset Management to support the management of the reliability engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Reliability and Asset Management program solutions development, value demonstration, and training related to Reliability and Asset Management topics.
  • Lead the Community of Practice for our dedicated on-account Reliability Engineers.
  • Provide thought leadership, align with clients on strategic asset management direction, and value demonstrate our programmatic implementation focused on maximizing asset value.
  • Support new business development and sets client's strategic direction relative to Reliability and Asset Management objectives.
  • Analyze data from CMMS, BAS, Maintenance Program, and Capital Planning to develop life-cycle analyses and recommendations for Reliability Engineering and Asset Management.
  • Oversee operations and activities or the Reliability Engineering and Asset Management Community of Practice.
  • Provide training in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management best practices to ensure best in class deployment and on-account performance related to the delivery of our Reliability & Asset Management solutions.
  • Anticipate and lead issue resolution, assists leadership team in the selection of action plans that best meets business objectives, and develops value creation use cases with Knowledge Management to build a library.
  • Drive a culture of creative innovation and estimated 25% travel, position could require 50% travel at times.
Requirements:
  • BS in an Engineering discipline, mechanical or electrical preferred.
  • 10 years' plus experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods, operating building automation and energy management systems, and thorough understanding of asset management, data analytics, and capital planning approaches.
  • Experience in critical environments preferred (data centers, laboratories, manufacturing environments, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial, critical, manufacturing, labs, or distribution facility types required.
  • Experience in delivering training, coaching and mentoring using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
  • Experience in Business analysis and/or Asset Management and/or analyzing risk.
  • Practical experience developing and optimization of maintenance strategies and plans.
  • Experience implementing and/or working with Management Systems i.e. (ISO9001, ISO55001).
  • Asset whole lifecycle costing and total cost of ownership.
  • Experience of multi-disciplinary projects and the application of system integration techniques across multiple type of assets.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Reliability Leader or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional is required.
  • Certification training in Condition based/Predictive technologies is preferred.
