About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Park Industries. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in promoting associate engagement, managing associate relations, and enhancing HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement & Wellness: Partner with the HR Team, Department Leaders, and the ParkWELL Committee to develop and implement strategies that enhance associate wellness, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • HRIS Administration: Administer the HRIS system by troubleshooting concerns, providing solutions, generating system reports, and conducting user training to improve overall efficiency and user experience.
  • Leave Management: Manage the leave of absence process, including FMLA, ADA, and other leaves, while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records. Communicate with associates and managers regarding leave status and return-to-work plans.
  • Training & Development: Create, facilitate, and coordinate training programs and presentations to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of associates and leadership, ensuring compliance with company policies and local, state, or federal laws.
  • Associate Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and associates on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage associate relations issues and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all associates.
  • Comprehensive HR Support: Perform diverse HR functions, including labor relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation planning, benefits administration, and HR reporting. Develop and execute policies that ensure consistent and equitable treatment across the workforce.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and professional communications is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies and regulations, experience with HRIS systems, and a proven ability to manage associate relations and leave processes.
