Role Responsibilities

We are in search of a proficient and knowledgeable power sports technician. The ideal candidate will be tasked with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various power sports vehicles, including ATVs and snowmobiles, within our service facility.

  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical issues, as well as perform damage repairs on a range of power sports vehicles.
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tune-ups, and brake inspections.
  • Maintain precise records of services performed, parts utilized, and time allocated for each task.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and service advisors regarding necessary repairs and recommendations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge through ongoing training and certifications.
  • Foster positive relationships with service advisors and fellow team members.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and noisy work environment.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
  • Previous experience as a power sports technician or in automotive repair (preferred).
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
