Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power Sports Mechanic to join our team at Jesco Marine & Power Sports LLC. As a Power Sports Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining ATVs, snowmobiles, and other power sports equipment in our service center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and damage repair on various power sports equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tune-ups, and brake inspections.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to discuss necessary repairs and recommendations.
  • Uphold safety standards and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge through training and certifications.
  • Build positive relationships with service advisors and team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
