Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Leader at Chipotle, you will be responsible for ensuring that great-tasting, high-quality food is served to our customers. This includes monitoring food quality, resolving food quality issues, and supporting food safety practices.

Additional Responsibilities:

You will also be responsible for helping to resolve customer incidents, working to ensure positive customer experiences, and monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew members to ensure seamless service delivery.
