Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients in target markets, use various tools and strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline, and cold call, email, and use social media to reach out to potential clients.
  • Sales Outreach: Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects, effectively communicate the value propositions of our SaaS and fintech products, and schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understand clients' needs and challenges, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track all sales activities and opportunities using CRM software, maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients, and ensure a consistent flow of new opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Objection Handling: Identify and address client objections with confidence and professionalism, use strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome hurdles and close deals, and adapt sales strategies based on feedback and evolving market conditions.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years' proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS-based solutions and fintech products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Exceptional pipeline management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle objections effectively and close deals.
  • Competitive, driven, and passionate about sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Salary and Location

$55,000 to $60,000/year + commission. This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs.
