Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the banquet team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
- Coordinate and execute banquet events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor and control event budgets to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and presentations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in banquet management or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
