Job Summary

At BOH Concepts, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Steward to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping and cleaning maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotels' dishes, flatware, glassware, and cookware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper sanitation.
  • Wash all dishes, pots, and pans, and other items used in the restaurants, kitchen, and banquet department.
  • Break down boxes, empty trash containers, and clean containers.
  • Clean kitchen walls, floor mats, and mop floors daily.
  • Ensure the floor is kept dry and free of debris after each session or shift.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous dishwashing/stewarding experience in a heavy volume restaurant preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
  • Must be reliable and able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
