About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Funeral Director/Embalmer to join our team at Carriage Services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with client families, delivering personalized memorial services and providing exceptional support during their time of need.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement customized memorial services, incorporating the unique needs and preferences of each family
- Manage client files accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of professionalism and service level
- Engage in community outreach and participation, promoting the growth and development of our business
- Utilize proprietary software to enhance service delivery and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Funeral Director/Embalmer
- Valid Funeral Director/Embalmer License and/or ability to obtain licenses or application by endorsement in the state where business is located
- Demonstrated willingness to participate in growing market through community involvement
- Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record

Benefits:
- Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
