POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The HubSpot Specialist will be tasked with the creation, testing, and management of all facets of our HubSpot platform and its integrated applications. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in marketing automation and possess a strong background in business processes, utilizing technology to drive improvements and solutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure our HubSpot platform meets global business needs for both corporate B2B and independent B2C/B2B brands.
  • Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize HubSpot, including third-party tool integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation.
  • Stay informed on marketing automation trends, best practices, and collaborate with the Email Marketing Channel team on HubSpot strategies and processes.
  • Establish, maintain, and refine lead scoring models within HubSpot.
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee flawless campaign execution and participate in data governance initiatives to uphold data integrity for the global marketing database.
  • Keep users updated on system functionalities and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including operational processes, workflows, and training materials.
  • Engage in discovery sessions to clarify Marketing Automation requirements.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Proficient in HubSpot; experience with Marketo is a plus.
  • Data visualization expertise is essential.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, enterprise application systems, and sales/marketing automation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in creating process flow diagrams.
  • Familiarity with data retention practices and privacy regulations, including CASL, GDPR, and CCPA is advantageous.
  • High level of organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Adept at multitasking under pressure, with the ability to prioritize various projects.
  • Strong work ethic is essential.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proven success in achieving goals and objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.
  • HubSpot certifications are preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email automation, and CRM.
