Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Transformation Officer to formulate and implement the North America transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Assist in the execution of the strategy, prioritize tasks, track progress, and resolve challenges as they arise.
  • Oversee transformation governance, ensuring effective communication, the adoption of best practices, and alignment of projects.
  • Lead and manage cross-departmental initiatives, including Commercial Excellence projects, enhancements in supply chain processes, and strategic product line developments.
  • Facilitate effective communication between central and local teams, eliminating barriers and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Conduct detailed analyses, prepare impactful presentations, and co-lead discussions in steering committees.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and develop new reporting mechanisms as necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses a degree in STEM or Economics with 4-7 years of experience, ideally in management consulting.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and collaborative approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exhibits a team-oriented mindset, aligned with the principles of transformation, excellence, and partnership.
  • Has a solid understanding of business processes (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales, Inventory Management, Operations) and a strong desire to learn.
