We deliver exceptional billing, marketing, and administrative support to independent mental health care providers throughout the Pacific Northwest. Since our inception, we have expanded our network to over 1,500 providers across multiple locations, and we continue to grow.

Role Responsibilities:

The Billing Operations Specialist will be accountable for the precise and timely submission of insurance claims, payment management, and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients and providers.

Successful candidates will exhibit strong attention to detail, effective follow-through, and excellent communication and customer service abilities. We welcome innovative ideas and creative process enhancements that can strengthen our team and organization. Previous billing experience is not a prerequisite.


Key Duties Include:
  • Engaging with clients and providers regarding insurance inquiries, ensuring accurate insurance information is collected while educating them about their financial obligations.
  • Verifying and conveying insurance benefit details to all new clients.
  • Completing daily claims submissions, insurance billing, and conducting client ledger research.
  • Processing and posting insurance and client payments.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve billing department objectives and daily tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively with clients, management, staff, and providers.
  • Enthusiasm for growth within an expanding organization.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Basic understanding of health insurance.
  • Experience in front desk or billing roles within medical, dental, or vision facilities (preferred).
  • In-office schedule from Monday to Friday.
