About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Client Growth Specialist to join our team at ServiceNow. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth with our largest existing accounts in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth with assigned clients
  • Manage executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients
  • Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including deployment of resources
  • Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities
  • 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations)
Compensation and Benefits

The base pay for this position is $122,400 - 225,600 per year, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. We offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure and a range of benefits, including health plans, flexible time away, and family leave programs.
