Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Small Format Team Member. As a Small Format Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and emptying trash cans.
- Support sales floor operations by processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales promotions to effectively communicate with guests and drive sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
